Biography
Julian Firth, born on January 8, 1961, is a distinguished English actor renowned for his portrayals of complex characters. He gained significant recognition for his role as the troubled inmate Davis in the acclaimed film *Scum* and as Brother Jerome in the beloved television series *Cadfael*. Firth has built a robust career in both theatre and television, appearing in a variety of notable productions such as *Jeeves and Wooster*, *The Bill*, *The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles*, and *Margaret*.
In a memorable cameo, he featured in the music video for the 1982 hit "Pass the Dutchie" by Musical Youth, where he played a comically pompous prosecuting barrister. His film credits also include a supporting role in the 1984 movie *Oxford Blues*, where he starred alongside Rob Lowe as his college roommate.
