Joanne Gignilliat Trimmier Woodward, born on February 27, 1930, is a distinguished American actress, producer, and philanthropist. Renowned for her remarkable talent, Woodward gained widespread acclaim for her role in the 1957 film *The Three Faces of Eve*, a performance that secured her an Academy Award for Best Actress as well as a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. Over the course of her illustrious career, which has spanned more than sixty years, she has received numerous accolades, including four nominations for the Academy Awards, of which she won once.
