Billionaire industrialist Paul Kessler finds himself in a life-threatening situation during a heart surgery when armed individuals posing as revolutionaries storm the operating room, taking him and the entire surgical team hostage. Their demands are steep: $10 million. As hospital administration alerts the police and FBI, tensions rise, with law enforcement determined to resolve the situation, even at the risk of hostages' lives.
