The Wolves baseball team is thrown into turmoil upon learning that K.C. Higgins, whom they perceive as a clueless meddler, has inherited the franchise. To their surprise, K.C. is a savvy and stunning woman passionate about the game. Second baseman Dennis Ryan quickly finds himself smitten.
