The Book of Ruth tells a powerful tale of love prevailing through hardship. Seen through a young widow's eyes, it follows her selfless devotion as she abandons her Moabite homeland and accompanies her mother-in-law Naomi to Israel after her husband's death. In Bethlehem, she encounters and weds Boaz, a member of the Royal House of Judah. These seemingly disconnected events lay the groundwork for Israel's future kings and the Messiah's arrival. Like a Biblical Cinderella story drawn from royal Jewish lineage, it unveils the redemption of their inheritance through Obed, the child who would become King David's grandfather.
